I moved here things were good but got really weird, my neighbor use to live in the same apartment I moved into and had walked in my apartment without me knowing because she had a spare key and were always listening through the walls, Her and her daughter Julie and Emily were always gossiping to the other tenants but no one seem to even try to greet me or get to know me which I feel is disrespectful, I mean I should be able to cone home after a long day without having to deal with such nonsense,, were all trying to make a living and its hard enough already. I had to live uncomfortable knowing that I was being watched and made my experience the worst, I ended up loosing everything and they thought it was funny. I would be careful if I was you.

Trash. Moved in here in August and my apartment has a broken window still, you have to shovel your own snow, no clean walkways here! Very nice algae pond... oh it’s a pool. Parking is never addressed, more than half the cars in the parking lot don’t have parking passes. They don’t clean up anything they just throw stuff under your car hopefully you don’t notice. Complete slump lords, there are what look like pot plants in the flower bed outside, this place is the trashiest in the Denver area for sure.
