Excellent place but worst internet service (Xcelerate) imposed on its residents for 70$ a month.

Could be worse, h2 made this place better for sure. There are still roaches everywhere but you just need to get in the habit of spraying with raid on the edges of your unit. Also shockingly safe have had no noise issues and neighbors are really friendly
