I have lived at SaddleBrook for a year and half now. My experiences have been very positive. The maintenance is great and the leasing staff are all very nice.

I've lived in the SaddleBrook apartments for over a year. It is rather rare that something happens that requires me to call maintenance, but recently I had to request their help with a leak in my ceiling. After putting in my maintenance request, SaddleBrook employees responded promptly. I don't often write reviews - but after the professionalism and respect I received from 3 SaddleBrook maintenance employees (Cheyene, Jake and Ethan), I felt it necessary to share. One of the employees mentioned above, responded to my concern about my ceiling at 9:00 pm at night. He went out of his way and came to check on my concern less than an hour after I'd sent in a request. Additionally, the other two men came to assist with my ceiling issue the following day. The job they were doing was loud by nature, but they made a clear effort to try and complete it as quietly as possible and without any distraction/ hardship to me. I would recommend SaddleBrook apartments to anyone who is looking to reside in a quiet, comfortable community with excellent customer service.
