My wife and I just moved into these apartments. While the apartment itself is nice, the move-in experience with the leasing company has been terrible--it's been unprofessional, disorganized, and fraught with poor instructions and communication. This has led to unpleasant surprises that have inconvenienced us and cost us money. Attempting to remedy these problems has been a constant hassle.
