My experience so far has been great overall. The apartment when we came in was super clean, neighbors are super friendly. If we have a problem, maintenance is also super fast, and is super friendly. The staff is also very friendly. Overall love living in the Cedar apartments.

Lived here for two years while my fiance attended grad school at BSU. Small apartment for two people but they're one bedroom apartments so we knew what we were getting in to. Close walk to campus and quiet. Internet is included in the rent. We never paid over $20 for electric a month. Any concerns we had were addressed promptly by Dan, the property manager. He's a younger guy and great at getting back to you. Even let us shovel during the winter to make some extra cash. Laundry room on site that could use some new machines, but we never had issues. Great location and close to everything. Breakfast place next door (Eva's Pancake House) is incredible. Would live here again if in the Muncie area.
