As for dogs, we allow a maximum of one dog per unit, provided they weigh less than 30 lbs. Well, if you're in need of a place to live, this will do. Nothing fancy, but it's no dumpster. All the appliances work, the place is free of bugs and rodents, and it's in decent shape overall. Excellent prices for students, but still manageable for a single adult bringing home at least $1000 a month. Two bed, one bath, full kitchen. Washer and dryer. Close to campus and not too far from downtown.
