I have lived here for 2.5 years and have had a great experience! Linda in the office is always so friendly and helpful. Larry and Bill (maintenance guys) are both so quick to fix any problems and are always willing to help with anything! Internet is included, but I got my own. 10/10 would recommend this place to any college student.
