Westridge is conveniently located with quick access to HWY 101 and I-5, the Westfield Shopping Center, and a multitude of shopping and dining options. We have 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. Our apartment homes are a great, value, featuring spacious floor plans, full-size washer/dryer, built-in microwave, and a wood-burning fireplace. Our community clubhouse includes a fitness center, indoor spa, and a seasonal outdoor pool.

I moved in on mid May to be near my daughter who is my only family left in the state. From the start, the manager, Janice, was professional, courteous, and very helpful in the process of becoming a member of this community. It is a beautiful, quiet, and great place to live. The apartments are roomy, and lovely with the views of the trees. The property is maintained very well and Rob, the maintenance personnel is top notch too. I would highly recommend living here.

I moved into my new apartment in Mid-March. The grounds are well kept and a great area for walking. The staff have been exceptional from my apartment tour to notifying me of package. Rob, the maintenance man, has been very helpful with a professional attitude and sense of humor. I highly recommend Westridge Apartments to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to live!

This is my second review, first was after I had lived at Westridge Apartments 5 years, and my review then gave 5 stars. And now going on 12 years living here at Westridge Apartments my review hasn’t changed. I have to say this is the best place to call home. The apartments are very spacious, comfortable and as each apartment becomes empty the management is doing upgrades. The pool is always clean even in the winter when not in use. The fitness room has two machines, one is an all in one home gym and the other is an elliptical climber and a jacuzzi. The grounds are immaculate and well taken care of. Westridge Apartments sits close to the freeway, bus stops schools and the mall as well as many grocery stores. The complex is small and cozy. Our community is very quiet. The residents are welcoming and friendly. I can't say enough about the Prop. Mgr. Janice and her staff here on site. Janice, is so pleasent and professional everytime I come into the office. So easy to talk with no matter the topic :) Management creates a home environment, I give many kudos to Janice for this! It's not very often you come across a Mgmt. like Janice and her team that are always willing to help you with whatever you need and makes you feel like "family". Janice and her team is what keeps this apartment community in the top ranks! They are keepers for sure! Each unit is amazingly spacious. Amenities are all present that are important. I love having a garbage disposal/dishwasher/w/d in unit etc. I feel the bedroom closet is amazingly spacious for a one bedroom apartment, it's a walk-in. The bathrooms in the one bedrooms are HUGE for apartments, with a door into the bedroom and to the hallway. I live in a downstairs apartments which (even with all the windows) doesn’t get as much natural light but the advantage is they stay very cool (at least 10 degrees cooler than outside) in the summer. In the winter these apartments hold their heat well. I rarely if at all need to turn on my heat. The other advantage is, my patio appears larger because I have access to a little back yard, where I am allowed to plant a little flower garden. The parking lot is well lit and I feel safe walking around at midnight and later. During the 12 years I have been living at Westridge I have had a few issues (3) that needed attention. Work orders get put out right away and maintenance was there when they say they will be, and in a timely manner. I can't say enough good stuff. I feel blessed to live here and have such a caring staff and very nice apartment! I would highly recommend Westridge to anyone who is looking for an awesome place to live, where the Management and staff are there for you and work together to keep such a beautiful property. Westridge will continue to be my home, hopefully, for the next 12 years :)
