Great location to beaches, bars and nightlife. Was living there for 9 months as an international student. Good bus/trolley connection to universities(SDSU). Also can mention the safe neighborhood. Sometimes WiFi didnt work, but luckily plenty coffeeshops around the area. Good placefor short-term stays/students/interns.

Beautiful units in a gorgeous building! Couldn't ask for a better location, just a mile and a half from the ocean! Walking distance to several restaurants and a super market across street. Super nice on site manager too.
