I lived here for two years and it was a great experience! I never had to put in a single maintenance request, I never once saw any bugs except for the occasional fly from opening my balcony door, and the apartments themselves are very nice. The people who live in the building are quiet and respectful. It’s close enough to downtown that everything is a quick drive but far enough away to stay out of the busyness. I had a wonderful experience with the Property Manager, Christine Carson. She was attentive and went out of her way to help me with all I needed and was extremely flexible with me when my move out became a very unpredictable and wishy washy situation. I highly recommend living here!

Trash cans in the bike lane. Every week. Like clockwork. Amazing all the private residences around here dont have this problem. The person who decides to obstruct the bike lane here week after week is BEING PAID to make this decision. Astonishing stuff.
