overall the apartment was great. takes a while to get things fixed but that could easily be due to being busy. The only thing that frustrated me is when i got my deposit back. The owner decided to charge me $25 for extra cleaning. They took no extra photos or anything like that of any mess and i know i cleaned everything to there standards. The only thing i forgot to do was take my ice cream out of the freezer. Guessing its due to Covid-19, but then why would i have had to clean the place top to bottom if they had to re-clean it? the bill was $175 and they covered $150... So why must i pay money out of my pocket if i cleaned everything up to what they wanted? granted it is only $25 but still, i wasted 3 days of cleaning for them to charge me more money for cleaning? I already had to pay $300 for them to clean the vents and carpets as per the lease agreement. I would have given them 3 stars if it had been more.
