Washer and dryer are in the unit, and there is an attached garage right off the entry. Out back you get a wide, tree lined lawn with plenty of room to spread out. Big Lake School District (ISD 727), with Highway 10, shopping, and the Big Lake Northstar commuter rail station all just minutes away. UTILITIES Tenant Pays all Utilities SHOWINGS Please contact us through the website. We use a software called Tenant Turner to handle showing reservations. Check your email and text messages to confirm and setup a showing. No phone calls please. PETS $35 pet screening profile required and $35/mo pet fee per pet.
