First off, Evelyn is awesome! She was very welcoming, helpful, fun to work with and made the process smooth, easy and most of all fun! She was so willing and energetic to assist me, she was also transparent about everything, willing to go the extra mile to answer all my questions and ease my concerns. Overall, it is a nice property with great amenities. Some buildings have elevators, which is really convenient. Thank you Evelyn, I definitely appreciate her help in finding a great place to live!

My boyfriend and I were touring apartments all day and decided to check out Mountain Gate last minute. Randy answered the phone and was super friendly from the start. He was able in squeeze us in before the leasing office closed and give us a tour. He was super informative and helpful! We ended up applying the same night. He’s been super attentive and friendly throughout the entire application process. We can’t wait to move in!

Please give Samantha. G and other staff paid-off leave/ incentives for making my move-in smooth and easy. They communicate with me effectively, on time. Also, shout out to the neighbors in my building. They're quiet and respectful. The maintenance staff are responsible, on time as well. Plus, the Cox router was already installed before I moved in so I didnt even need to contact them to connect the internet service. I work from home so this apartment is a perfect place to get my work done in such a quiet, lovely environment. The gym is cute and has major equipments get my work-out done. I have no complaints and been enjoying everything about this nice+clean property. The location is so convenient to access many stores and my dog who is blind loves walking on the trails everyday. Thank you, Samantha and other staff❤ *It's not a gated community so if you're worried about your car getting vandalized or stolen then install a camera & park it near your unit*
Evelyn was so great and made the entire application process so easy and wonderful. She was so patient and great! I definitely recommend, absolutely love my new apartment! Such a great area.

Overall good experience, Evelyn gave us a good tour. Everything was smooth and easy not hard to keep up with everything. She’s very good with talking about the process and showed us good apartments in our budget overall great experience you should go through her if interested in a place!!

I’ve been here 2 years to the date. Evelyn, Randy, and Samantha are top tier. They handle every request with urgency and are quite friendly. They take an active role and interest with each tenant and they make you feel welcome and proud to live at Mountain Gate.

Timothy and Marilyn, We have lived at Mountain gate townhomes for approximately 3 1/2 years. The customer service which is key to any business is fantastic. All of the staff members are very professional and take their jobs very seriously with levity of course. I would say the strength of the complex is the maintenance department. Any time we have needed repairs, Raphael has been our go to guy And does a terrific job?…..,,, In the event you’re thinking about moving here, you’ve made the right choice !!!!!
