It's a newer apartment complex, very well maintained, clean, and safe. The location is great if you don't have kids (the school district isn't the best). The rent pricing is quite good too. Ample parking spaces, but unfortunately not enough garage space.

I lived here for a year with my husband and my two pups, we loved it, neighbors were so nice, VERY QUIET, super clean, the bus stop is right out in the corner, I don’t drive so that was nice. Apartment was very spacious. The only thing I’d change is having more garage spots, there is only a few for the quantity of apartments but I HIGHLY recommend this place. It has a small gym, and i library that i used to study until 2 Am because it was very quiet. I had to relocate but if I were to go back to MN I’d go here first 😝
