These apartments have recently been remodeled and have been updated with a modern style. They are very clean and have an open feeling. The location of this complex is within walking distance to 23rd st and all the restaurants as well as Mesta park and Heritage hills. All of the tenants are nice and it is quiet. I worked night shift and slept late and could never hear the people above me. The owners are very kind and easy to work with. They maintain the property well and take care of maintenance requests quickly. The community laundry room is clean and machines work well. Definitely a good location and great apartment complex.
