After touring 10 different apartment complexes, the Comet at Bermuda Run Apartments was the one that won me over. The pricing for a 2 BD / 2 BR was too good to turn away from. The amenities are great and the units are all up to date! The community as a whole is quiet and in a good location. Maintenance requests can be submitted and completed within an hour of requesting help, and they are helpful with everything! Chelsie and Lucas are such a joy to have in the leasing office and are SUPER helpful with all questions and concerns. They greet me by name even while having 100+ tenants in the community! It will really be hard to leave this community when the time comes, but they have definitely made my first apartment experience the best. 100% a great place to call home!

Comet has been the best apartment experience I have had. It’s bittersweet having to leave but from Day 1, superb office staff (Chelsie, Lucas, & Taylor) have always answered questions I had. Maintenance request were always taken in care of same day if not next business day. Amenities are great for the price and I got really lucky with having fantastic neighbors. The complex is friendly overall but some people do stay to themselves. If you’re below someone, yeah, you’re going to hear your neighbors if they are heavy footed and have dogs/kids. My only negative is the residents who don’t pick up after their dogs, especially the dog park when their are ample dog stations with waste bags. 10/10.
