All pets must comply with the community’s maximum weight limit at full maturity. For puppies or kittens, management will evaluate the projected adult weight based on breed standards and veterinary documentation prior to approval. Residents must provide: Current veterinary records, including vaccination history and verification of spay/neuter status (if applicable).
