First apartment I’ve had and I don’t think it could be better. If I ever have an issue Nick always gets it taken care of right away. The maintenance is great, the area is quiet and the neighbors are great as well. Couldn’t be happier with our apartment!

I have lived at the Villas at Canyon Ranch for 5 years. I work at night and sleep during the day. It is extremely quiet during the day and at night. The other residents are respectful and nice. I have never had an issue with maintenance and have had all my work orders fixed in a timely manner. Nick is a great manager and resolves any problems quickly. I have nothing but good things to say about the Villas at Canyon Ranch.
