Landlord is very fair, will work with you and gets things fixed fast. The apartments aren't the nicest available but by no means are bad. All I have to say is good luck beating his prices and service. I would absolutely move in here again.

The apartments are simple but solid. Each room has its own thermostat so you can really save energy & money that way. The prices are about the best in town. Tenants are quiet, respectful, & are usually good about getting laundry out in a timely manner. The management has also been reasonable. My only complaint is that there are a lot of smokers who still live here and the smoke carries up into my unit, which is very unpleasant to breathe in.
