Each home includes a private, fenced, rear yard, and a front porch that can hold full size furniture. Each 3 bedroom and 2 bath home include a 1-car garage with a 2-car driveway. Each 1 bedroom and 1 bath home include a 1-car driveway. Hampton Court boasts beautiful, traditional architecture. Each home at Hampton Court is designed to be unique and different from neighboring homes. These homes feature 10' flat ceilings, beautiful kitchens and baths with white cabinets, hard flooring throughout and granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths. All appliances, including washer, dryer, refrigerator, range, microwave and garage door opener come with each home. Windows are covered with white, wood, 2" blinds. Every home has a pet door to the rear yard area. The community features an enclosed dog park and a central park area with a tot lot, ramada, dining tables and barbeque. Hampton Court is close to downtown Gilbert and Chandler.
