Moved in a month ago. The process was smooth and easy. People at the reception are a great help and friendly.
Pros:
Great place. Great location. Great amenities. Clean and mostly maintained. 8th floor is best for gathering and fun, especially during summer.
Cons:
Issues with the coffee machine for a while, sometimes it takes a while to get the elevator as its allotted per floor swipes. It’s little bit costly than other nearby apartments . 1b1b is kind of smaller than usual.

I currently have the pleasure of living at The Quincy Apartments in Downtown Denver, and I cannot express how satisfied I am with my experience. From the moment I stepped into the building, I was greeted with professionalism and warmth by the attentive staff.
The apartments themselves are nothing short of luxurious. Spacious layouts, modern fixtures, and high-end appliances make everyday living a delight. The attention to detail in design and functionality truly sets The Quincy apart from other complexes in the area.
One of the standout features of The Quincy is its prime location in Downtown Denver. Everything from dining to entertainment is just steps away, making it convenient to explore the vibrant city life without the hassle of a long commute.
The amenities offered at The Quincy are top-notch. The rooftop terrace provides breathtaking views of the city skyline, perfect for relaxing or hosting gatherings with friends and family.
Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the management team goes above and beyond to ensure residents' needs are met. I always felt valued and appreciated as a resident of The Quincy.
Overall, , if you are looking for a five-star living experience in Downtown Denver, look no further than The Quincy Apartments. Exceptional amenities, prime location, and outstanding customer service make it the perfect place to call home. Highly recommended!

Gary (who manages the building) is awesome! He pays attention and asks how things are going. He is approachable and has helped me (quickly) with any/all requests. He goes above and beyond.
Updated Review: Improved Experience with The Quincy Apartment
After some initial frustrations, I wanted to update my review to reflect the effort made by The Quincy’s management. Miscommunications happen, and after I shared my concerns, management immediately reached out to clarify the situation regarding my security deposit. They were responsive and helpful, and I’m content with how things were handled.
Final Thoughts:
Outside of that one deposit issue—which was resolved—I can say we miss The Quincy. Nowhere is perfect, but I appreciate the effort they’ve made to address concerns. I’d definitely consider living there again.
I recently moved to Denver Colorado from out of state. After visiting several other nearby comparable residential towers, I selected The Quincy as my address. Everyone from the office staff to the front desk and others are very friendly, professional and welcoming. Leasing Specialist Kaylee helped make the application process and follow up to the actual lease signing and move-in clear and efficient. The building is very well maintained and any issues that arose for my unit have been handled promptly. The pool, fitness center, comfortable outdoor patio areas and other amenities frame the resort style environment. The convenient location provides walkability to nearby restaurants, theatres, sporting venues and public transportation. I'm so happy that I call The Quincy my home!

The quincy is an awesome building, the building itself is great the staff is fantastic. The only things I could really complain about would be the gym being a little cramped. The other people that lived there were pretty pretentious and stuck up. I would say 60 - 70% of the people I interacted with were like that. To those peoples defensive, I was a 20 year old black man who dressed in a very "urban" way.

We moved into The Quincy at the tail end of COVID. We’ve lived in Colorado for 11 years now and have seen many property management companies drop the ball.
The Quincy is not one of them. We lived there for 3 years and just recently moved out to the suburbs of Denver.
Never once have I questioned my safety as a woman living at The Quincy. Walking around downtown, yes, but never within the building itself.
Shea Properties hires some of the best people I’ve ever met. Kaylee in the leasing office was always prompt where we had questions and was proactive on reminding us when renewal deadlines were coming up. We could always count on her to take care of us!
Martin & Andrew at concierge are incredibly genuine human beings and take the safety of the residents very seriously. My family unfortunately faced a very serious stalker situation within downtown Denver. The Quincy staff (Martin specifically) made sure they had the individuals name, description, and image on file in case he tried to enter our building. That peace of mind alone is well worth it.
Pros to the building itself:
- low utilities cost compared to usage
- free printing
- amenity deck
- secure, covered parking
- insane views from the 2G stack
- prompt maintenance
- easy access to everything you’d want downtown
- no major issues with unit or neighbors during our tenure
- cement walls so you don’t hear your neighbors, ever. Neighbors had a newborn and couldn’t hear the baby unless in the building hallway outside of the unit
Cons:
- close to 16th st so occasional homeless problems when out and about
- lower levels of parking garage are open to the public and sometimes guests got confused where to park causing a delay in leaving or arriving at garage for residents
Overall, The Quincy is a phenomenal place to live and we would consider moving back, once DPD gets downtown sorted out

This is the best apartment I have lived in. I had an excellent experience for the 1 year that I was here, and I would have stayed longer if I did not have to leave Denver. Leasing staff, concierge, and others were all very helpful and wonderful people.
The unit I was in never had any issues and was very comfortable overall. Newer appliances, soundproof walls, and awesome mountain (+ downtown) views!
The amenity deck is large and beautiful, with an amazing pool, hot tub, gym and balcony area to relax in and host guests. Pricing is fair. Security is good. Moving was simple. Accessible location downtown but still in its own little quiet pocket. And friendly neighbors.
The only small issue I could complain about is the garage situation, as it became required to only park on the higher resident levels or we would have to pay the regular daily rate -- and no guest parking.
Still, I really miss this place. Got really lucky as I was looking into different apartments from outside Colorado. You won't find too many other complexes of this quality and value.
