We are also ideally located close to the Pearl, Museums, restaurants, University of The Incarnate Word, parks, and Fort Sam Army base. It's not all commercial amenities around us, though, as we are nestled between the 3 most prestigious communities in the San Antonio area. The apartments were FULLY renovated in 2019-2020, so all appliances, duct work, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC are all new. Obviously, every surface you can see and touch are all new, also.
