Today I had a situation where I put in a maintenance request to have something inside the apartment fixed. I requested a phone call prior to so that way I could lock my dog in his kennel. Unfortunately I received that call while I was at work and was asked if maintenance could enter anyway. I said yes and that my boy was very sweet. I do have a pet cam and was able to see the interaction between my dog and Luis and what I saw couldn’t have made me happier. I own a husky that can be extremely vocal and it didn’t seem to bother him to much. Instead of ignoring my dog or shooing him away, Luis talked to him and even played a small game of fetch (which my dog loves and sometimes demands) while he was fixing up my apartment. I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Luis and extend my appreciation for giving my boy some love. You’re amazing !
