Great 55+ apartment living. Very clean and well maintained facilities. Spacious apartments, friendly involved residents, professional helpful staff, wonderful amenities that include a reasonably large outdoor swimming pool that is open and heated all year long. And the location is next door to a top notch hospital, diverse shopping and convenient driving distance to downtown Denver.

Having gone to college in NYC , living here would be fabulous. The new facilities and all the amenities are top notch. To be able to walk to Trader Joe's and restaurants is great and the zoo and nature museum and park are just a few blocks away. The tour, information, and no pressure hospitality shown by Jan Peterson set an industry standard.If you want to rent and live in a 55plus community that is NOT a "rest home" but an urban oasis, then you must check out this option.
