Before renting this apartment, please DO refer to the reviews of CHT Rental company - how CHT will treat you after you sign the lease. Especially about this Hamilton Pointe (325 South Hamilton), the elevator, the whole aisle, and my bedrooms and living rooms smell like cigarettes. There are obviously some people smoking INSIDE the apartment. The ventilation system here is so poor that you will smell cigarettes / smokes when you open your dryers. It also comes through the bathroom. The CHT is aware of the issue but just stopped at sending TWO texts "You are free to use your apt as you please by law as long as you do not breach the lease... We suggest if you choose to smoke to open windows or go out on your patio." (I did NOT make the typos here - I am writing exactly how they sent the texts were sent). If you open your windows during summer, you will notice and smell smoke through your window. If you close your windows during winter, you will smell smoke through your bathroom and your dryer room. I am literally smelling this old cigarette smell (a.k.a. someone is smoking now in another apartment room) while I am writing this review. If you want to try similar, go to hotels in Las Vegas where people are allowed to smoke anywhere in hotels. You don't need to pay monthly rents to experience the same thing.
