Great facilities including rooftop with grill and basement gym. The super is by far the best I've ever had - he's extremely responsive, helpful and friendly.

Lived at Arabella for 2 years and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, friendly and fun place to live in east village (with amenities!). 1 block from the east river and the night life on Ave C and the best restaurants around Tompkins Square Park. The Building manager, Frank is a legend and more of a friend than a Super and comes through when you need him. Great Apt to be in.
