I dunno who wrote the other review but they're acting funny. This is a great place to live. The location is Perfect and its right across from the rocket bakery, which is by far the best bakery/coffee place in town. It takes less then 10 minutes to walk to the mall which is great if you work at the mall or nearby. There's a bus stop right on the corner and plenty of parking. Also James the apartment manager is always very helpful and kind. Sometimes it smells weird yes, and sometimes I get stuck in the elevator but I'm doing just fine. YOU CAN HAVE PETS TOO.

----6 month update---- Times my car has been broken into: 2 Times the bathroom has been trashed by homeless: 3 Docking one star 👍 ----Original Review---- Tldr: a motivated and professional management team--with room for improvement--do a good job with what they have. In my first month as a renter I have: -Asked homeless people not to shoot up in the shared bathrooms (they did stop!) -Had my car broken into -Seen mice -Asked a homeless person to put out his cooking fire he had behind our dumpster, on the natural gas pipes (!!!) -Witnessed the shared bathrooms cleaned less than once a week. Not losing a star for this, because maybe it was a fluke this month. -Felt the walls shake when the trains go by. I don't mind it, but you might want noise canceling headphones if you're studying. IRE LLC communicate well and did comp me on my rent when I cleaned up a bathroom trashed by homeless people. Kindest rental company I have ever seen. Brandon is great! They were reasonably quick to unclog drains/replace locks or other broken items. Their office is on site and I've witnessed people in there working as early as 5 am, so I'm certain they care and want to help. If you communicate well and respectfully, they abundantly return the favor! Consider the hidden costs. $15 a month renters, $25 for parking pass, and an extra $15 a month for better car insurance (worth it!). Good service can't quite make up for a rough location. The location is not their fault, but it's a part of the experience living here and weighs into my rating. The rent is lower, the amenities are showing their age, the area is rough. Current staff are taking things in a good direction though. I have seen them renovating! 3 stars because I think they will continue working hard. It's not for everyone, but I do really like it, and I think they will keep up the good work.
