I am a WSU CPPS student and lived at AlCliff for 1 year. I had a spacious one bedroom and one bath with new appliances and carpets. The best part is that it was affordable! The landlord is incredibly nice, understanding, and cares about his tenants. It’s located in a great area, quiet, pet friendly, and clean. Garbage and water was included in my rent, I only paid for electricity that never went over $30 ~ even during snowy winter. There are also nearby bus stops that will take you anywhere you need to go. And Rosauers is just a block away for quick and convenient grocery shopping. I highly recommend!
