I can’t say enough good things about my experience living at Culmstock arms! Kris the manager of the property goes above and beyond. He is quick to respond to any maintanence requests, and they are working each year to update the building to make it a even nicer. The apartment I lived in was beautiful, with original hardwood flooring. I never had any noise complaints of my neighbors, a very quiet building. The ability to have pets was a huge plus! As any old building it has its quirks, but comes with lots of charm! Would highly recommend Culmstock arms!

The Culmstock Arms Apartments are conveniently located near Spokane's main hospitals on the South Hill, with Providence Sacred Heart being only a five minute walk away. The residents are friendly and respectful. There are no noisy neighbors. The building is a renovated hotel and has a nice antique feel. The studio units are equipped with a refrigerator, kitchen sink, stove and microwave, unique bathroom textiles, high ceilings and wood floors. The staff is friendly, EXTREMELY helpful and they really aim to "look after their own" (per community manager). I've never lived in an apartment with staff that was as personable and genuine quite as this. The Culmstock Arms truly is something special and one of the gems in Spokane.
