Highly recommend living at The Bevan! Ebony, Tanner, Alexis and Carlos are top notch staff! The units are new, clean, spacious and feels like a large condo. The property is always meticulously taken care of and incredibly clean with new amenities. The pool, two-story gym and rooftop are great amenities to enjoy! Trophy Club is a great location and is consistently ranked #1 in Texas for safety. Consider joining Trophy Club Country Club down the street for a great community and golf and tennis!

I want to share something that happened to me when getting a cup of coffee accidentally dropped my drink it went all over the floor and glass door. I was so embarrassed, Ebony saw it came right over and insisted that she would clean it up. Even when the mop arrived she took charge and would not let maintenance help. She goes above and beyond with helping out others. I have seen her kindness many times and from her staff as well. Great leadership like this is hard to find. I continue to refer new tenants. I am very happy at The Bevon!!. I hope she will laugh about the pic I had to sneak.
