My favorite thing here is that the apartments, bedrooms & closets are very large at a very reasonable price; you get more space for the money than most I looked at. Neighbors are very nice. Lot's of tall trees make the grounds very scenic and provide shade in the summer. Management is tough but fair, they'll work with you as much as they can one resolving problems, we've had a great relationship. Pool & gym are nice, I appreciate that they spent the extra money on really nice gym equipment. There's a great park 1 block away, both my dog and grand kids love it. Grocery stores & shopping are also 1 block away so you don't really need a car to live here. Stanford Heights is definitely the best place in Rocklin.

This is my first apartment complex I've lived in and I have to say I'm enjoying it. We've lived here for about 9 months and so far it's a really nice place to live. It's in a prime location, within walking distance from many restaurants, a couple grocery stores, and a couple parks. I don't have anything to complain about here, we've only had one or two issues with the a/c and refrigerator. A/C was operator error, and they gladly replaced our refrigerator. Our neighbors are pretty quiet. I feel bad because we can be pretty loud sometimes, but I've never received a noise complaint so I assume the walls are pretty thick. And I have a 1 & 1/2 year old that likes to stomp around sometimes. They allot you one parking spot in a car port in shade per apartment, and I've only had one issue with someone parking in that spot. I brought it up with management and they handled it the very next day. No one has ever parked in our spot since. The first come first serve open parking spots can get pretty full sometimes though. My wife usually parks in our car port and I park in the open spots, and I work swing so when I get home I usually get slim pickins'. I've had to park in the Kindercare parking lot overnight twice since there were no open spots whatsoever in the whole complex, but that's not necessarily the complex's fault. Management is so polite and professional. Whenever I stop in, they greet me and smile and answer any questions I have. The maintenance crew is also really great, they always look happy to help and happy to be here as well, they also look like they're always busy repairing or prepping rooms. Very professional crew. The apartment homes aren't so bad themselves, kind of weird patterned counters but I can live it, and in some places the paint job looks a little rushed, some minor paint splatter on the mirrors in the bathroom, but other than that, we enjoy the balcony and layout of the rooms. So all in all, I think this charming place deserves a 5/5 so far.
