Humboldt Oaks Apartments is a great place to live. The apartments are spacious and beautiful with nice appliances and high quality finishes. I am in love with the gorgeous on-trend grey tones they used. I’ve lived here 10 months and I’m so happy I chose Humboldt Oaks. I feel safe here, the parking lot and stairwells are brightly lit. The balcony is large and my view of the beautiful oak trees and sunset is more than I could have hoped for. The residents portal is easy to use to pay rent and request any maintenance. All of the staff that I’ve worked with have been great, the maintenance guys Cameron and Norman are nice and know what they’re doing, but I want to send a big shoutout to the wonderful apartment manager, Charles. He has been a fantastic manager, always friendly, prompt to respond to any questions or concerns, eager to help in any way, and just a wonderful human being! I definitely plan on renewing my lease here.
