The Allure is a dream! Everything has been well designed and thought, the team is awesome and extremely helpful. One part of the building is still under construction but everything is spotless clean, and all brand new. The appliances are Luxurious and functional. The common areas are very upper class and always clean. Neighbors are great and polite. The building is ideally located by the water and the views are fantastic! It really feels like a luxurious building and we love it! Totally recommend!

If you’re gonna rent an apartment in this complex, you have to work with Jordan absolutely took care of everything and just such a nice and hard-working. Individual made the entire experience Extremely easy

When searching for an apartment at Allure I was working with Wes Kuehner. I explained to him what my wish list was and he listened attentively and delivered a unit to our liking. Wes is attentive, patient and super friendly. now after living in Allure for over a year i can say overall its a great experience. The building is in a prime location in a really nice walkable and safe neighborhood with views of the water. We love walking our dog here much better than when we lived downtown which was traffic ridden, dirty and filled with some sketchy people. The units are really nice inside with high quality finishes. If ever a problem maintenance is very quick to come and fix it. The garage door has always worked for us so not sure why I read that it doesn't work some time. I do feel that the garage was designed a bit tight and it is not so easy to pull in and out of your spot but its not the end of the world either. it is out of the buildings control but people do drive a bit too fast in the garage and with so many children and pets possibly walking around its only a matter of time before an accident happens. I would suggest the building install more speed bumps. Another area that needs improvements that if you live at the south building there is no staff concierge at the entrance and so when you order a food delivery they have no way to get inside the building. This is a problem. If they don't want to staff a concierge person at this entrance I don't understand why they don't have a system in place where tenants can buzz people at the door entrance in. We had this option when we lived at Atlantic Station and this was a great feature when the concierge was not at the desk. For us the biggest areas that need improvement are the concierge people at the front desk and the way packages are handled. We have lived in 2 other buildings in Stamford and our experience with the front desk concierge were so friendly and helpful. That is unfortunately not true at Allure. The people staffed at the front desk are cold, seemingly uninterested in helping you and can easily cop an attitude when you need something. It seems maybe they are underpaid and not happy to do this job. Either that or they are not trained correctly. And yes as other people have mentioned getting packages at this building is a complete sh!t show. I still don't understand how its supposed to work and not sure why packages are constantly getting lost. This was never a problem at the other buildings we lived in. Allure seems to lack a proper system when it comes to getting packages to tenants. Still for us while there is room for improvement we do love living at Allure and if you ever consider moving here ask to work with Wes!
