Dominique was absolutely AMAZING. This is one of the best apartment tours I've ever had. She's very personable. It felt as if I were just talking to a good friend the entire time. She's very patient and pays great attention to the wants and needs of the future resident. I would give her a thousand stars if I could.

I’d like to take a minute to say how awesome the staff here at Winthrop West. The maintenance team is the best. I have contacted maintenance twice in the last 2 weeks for minor problems. How quickly they arrive is beyond amazing, yesterday I sent a request because my toilet was leaking, at around 12:30 went shopping, came back at 2 and already fixed. Would definitely recommend Winthrop West. It’s so quiet here, that when I do hear a noice, I jump. 🥹

Tyler was very informative, had a positive attitude and walked through the property with my daughter and I with grace. Throughout the duration of the tour Tyler ensured all my questions were answered. The tour was very thorough and I could not have asked for more. Tyler deserves a raise with the amount of excellent service provided today

While I’ve only been here for a little over a week, I can say that Britney was absolutely fantastic in both touring and helping me get my lease. The management’s response time is quicker than expected. I will follow up after I’ve lived her for a few months to really be able to give a full review. As of now, I would highly recommend Winthrop West.

Maintenance is fast and great to work with. I recently had a problem with my hot water heater, Dwayne came right away and explained everything to me and what me was doing (I received a new water heater). He was professional, polite and knowledgeable. We need more people like him around.

I just finished my tour with Brittany Stroud, and I cannot say enough about what a wonderful, informative experience I had here. The grounds are beautiful, and I had the opportunity to chat with several residents who all shared how happy they are here. The 1 bedroom I viewed was well kept and had all of the amenities I was looking for. I want to add that my experience was truly enhanced by Brittany’s warm, vibrant personality. She is very clearly a resident favorite here, and she genuinely added something special to the experience that made this feel like a home. Thank you!
