I love Parkside! Great location to the Park, Shopping, and Dining! Parkside Apartments has been my home for many years, and the staff feels like family, especially Tony and Greg. I am still getting to know the newer staff, who have also been very nice! Tony is very helpful and ready to address any issue you may have; Greg has always been on top of any maintenance issue, and very accommodating with my time, when issues have arisen. Love the beautiful location and amenities!! Is the community flawless? Without issues? No. However, the problem doesn't, always, fall to management!!! Some Residents, don't pick up after their animals, and some Residents, insist on loading up the compactor with items which clearly should not be placed into it, then want to blame management! Come on folks, let's be reasonable! Take responsibility for your own pets! Don't toss furniture etc. into the compactor! We need to work together to keep our beautiful home, beautiful. Follow the rules for animal waste and garbage. Management is here to manage, not babysit our animals, nor continually repair something our garbage has broken, when we don't pay attention to posted rules. Bottom line, Parkside is a wonderful community, with a great staff, good neighbors, and where I call home; I will continue to do so as long as I don't get 'priced out'. I will be very sad, when or if, the day comes, that I have to move. Perhaps that statement says it all about Parkside Apartments and Management. Parkside is phenomenal! I’ve lived here for over 3 years. The manager and staff are the best!! Beautiful apartments, excellent maintenance, close to shopping and amenities. Parkside can’t be beat! Best place I’ve ever lived and I use to manage apartments. The on-site security keeps us all safe.
Let me start off by saying I love this complex. Everything was smooth from the second we toured, to our move in date. Jazzmen made sure everything was up to our standards before we moved in, and she made sure we were happy before receiving the keys. On our move in date we were welcomed in our new apartment with a cute welcome home gift that had everything we would need to get us settled in. Maintenance is excellent too as they respond within a timely manner for all our maintenance requests. I could not have asked for a better move in, to a living experience as I have had here.
The leasing team consistently demonstrates professionalism and support in any situation. The welcome gift bag was greatly appreciated. Contacting maintenance directly may prove challenging due to their busy schedules; however, the maintenance team is proficient and well-prepared in their responsibilities. The property manager also addresses concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
The application and move in process was the best and easiest experience ever! The community manager Toni, is AMAZING!
She is helpful, happy, knowledgeable, friendly, and just made my experience so great! I am excited to live in such a wonderful and beautiful community! I have ceiling fans, nice sturdy blinds, appliances, super plus new carpet, 24 hour access to the gym and sauna, pool & hot tub are open from 10am to 10pm (longer than many others I looked at), and so much more.

Parkside Apartments is a wonderful place to live! The staff is friendly, helpful, and always willing to lend a hand. I love the sense of community here and my apartment is comfortable and well-maintained. Highly recommend !! Also shout out to their maintenance team, Gilbert never drops the ball with maintenance requests and always delivers grade A service!!
I have lived at Parkside for 10 years now. From day one it has been great. Of course every complex has minor issues but nothing to complain about. Toni is great to work with and Greg in maintenance is always on top of things. The complex is quiet and extremely clean and well maintained. Gym and pool are always clean. They put a lot of work in throughout the year to keep things top notch and are always responsive with maintenance requests as well as general communication!
Great location for an apartment. Quiet and peaceful. As much as an apartment can be. Toni has been a wonderful manager that has made living here easy and stress free. I always feel like my apartment needs are taken care of in a prompt manner.
