My experience with Park Rowe has been absolutely amazing. The process was seamless and easy. Very professional office staff. I’ve been assisted with any and every concern that I had which were very minimal. The complex is beautiful, pool area is stunning, location is EVERYTHING. Did I mention there’s a hot tub?! If not then guess what, THERE IS! My unit in itsself is perfect. Very modern, updated, beautiful, clean, management ensured everything was cleaned before we moved in and I was grateful for that. As this made the move in very simple and stress free. I’d highly recommend 10/10 to anyone who is looking for a beautiful home in the most convenient location in Baton Rouge, LA. Do not hesitate! Lease with them
