I have had the pleasure of interacting with the leasing office staff and maintenance crew at Circa 37 over the past year and a half, and each experience has been exceptionally positive. From the moment I first inquired about available units, they have consistently demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. The staff members at the leasing office, Rachelle, Chris, and Emma, are not only knowledgeable about their property but also incredibly patient and willing to address any questions or concerns I have. They take the time to give me thorough explanations and work as much as possible on behalf of the residents. Emma, in addition, puts on seriously outstanding events such as Casino Night, catered brunches with DJs, and food trucks that serve up pizza, beer, and music. Moreover, Andres, who manages the maintenance crew, is outstanding. He and his team's responsiveness and efficiency in handling maintenance requests and other inquiries have been impressive. They have promptly addressed all concerns, ensuring that I feel comfortable and well taken care of in my home. Overall, the leasing office staff and maintenance crew at Circa 37 go above and beyond to create a welcoming and supportive environment for residents. Their friendly demeanor and dedication to exceptional customer service truly sets them apart. I would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for not only a great place to live but also a team of professionals who genuinely care about their residents' well-being.
