Living in one of their Fruitvale building hasn’t been close to the “luxury” they advertise. The repairs take months to complete if at all. For the amount of rent you should be able to get a package delivered but the intercom system doesn’t work. 3 washers and dryers for a building with over 20 apartments isn’t sufficient and they rarely clean them. Way over priced for what you get!

Living at the Denizen for the last few years has been simply wonderful. Management has been extremely helpful and accommodating through the years.
