I've lived here near a year, have to say, it's great experience! The managers: Don, Amber, front desk: D, Perky..., staffs: Monica, ... They are very nice and friendly, always with smile to us. Sometimes, if I need maintenance some stuff within apartment, always get so quick response and fix it very soon. Never missing my packages from Amazon, everything is fine. Another interesting thing is, whatever it's cold outdoor, it's always warm indoor, even without air conditioning, that's amazing. Especially, the neighbours are also friendly, I have made a lot of friends here. Comparing other neighbourhoods, PrinterRow is very safe, even in Chicago. Thanks you, guys, very appreciate it!

I have been living in imprint for just over 6 months and the experience has been amazing! I feel very safe here, and have never been bothered by any noise or gotten any noise complaints. The staff are very nice and welcoming and knew me by name within the first couple week! This is my first time living in my own and they have been super accommodating with all of my questions. Overall has been a wonderful experience!
