So. A totally honest review. I’ve been living here for about 6 months now. First of all. They treat you so well while you’re lookin at their apartments, once you sign and move in. You’re on your own. They don’t respond to any calls, emails..NOTHING. I’m paying $1100. They have one washer and one dryer in this entire building that are about 50 years old. When you need help with a clogged toilet or something like that, you’d expect it to be free like most apartment building. But no. I just got charged for having a maintenance person use a plunger for 5 seconds. They keys they give you can open other residents doors, so anybody living here can just unlock you door and rob you. There’s literally nobody to call if you need help. I shut the door and forgot my keys. So I sat outside my door for 4 hours waiting for a locksmith to open my door. There’s so many issues with this place. I’ve put in a request for maintenance to fix my oven. One month later and I’m still waiting to hear back. The location is ok. Thats pretty much the only positive thing about this apartment. $1100 Is just ridiculous. Like I said, they’re super nice to you until you move in. Then you’re on your own.
