6211 N Kenmore is a horrible apartment complex. Management was only quick to answer when it came to signing the lease. After that, you have to wait weeks just for them to answer you. You don’t get to meet the landlord, everything is online. Laundry costs $1.50 per machine, whereas other apartment complexes only have laundry for 25¢ per machine. The unit I moved into has a cockroach infestation. The shower doesn't work, and the kitchen floor is permanently dirty. There is no kitchen hood, so food smells are trapped in the room. The apartment is an old building. Even though it says it’s newly renovated, it still shows its age through the chipping paint and stains on the walls. There are strange sticky substances lining the corners of the cabinets. Maintenance is slow to answer requests. I’m still dealing with a broken shower despite marking it as urgent, and no one has shown up, texted me, or called me about any updates as to when I can get my shower fixed. Do not rent from this place unless you are completely self sufficient (e.g. can fix your own shower) and don't mind cockroaches.

I love that place but there is bad management they don’t care for the tenants Nothing renovated just they increase it’s price !!!
