Enjoy a spectacular lifestyle in an exciting new luxury rental building located in the heart of downtown New Rochelle. This pet-friendly building offers state-of-the-art recreation and fitness amenities, office space, and places to socialize. We strategically built the Millennia just one block away from both the New Rochelle train station and entrances to I-95. Frequent trains via Metro North connect to Grand Central Station in 27 minutes, or via Amtrak to Penn Station in 34 minutes. There is also a bus station directly next to the train station.

We’ve lived in the Millennia from January and had a great experience. All staffs, such as front desk receptionists and maintenance/cleaning crews, are very friendly and professional, so we feel very comfortable to stay here all the time. Also, a building management is extremely responsible and friendly, so they take care of all residents very well. For instance, when we had some issues, Robert (a Building Director) took an action immediately and solve the issue as soon as he can no matter how the issue is serious or not. This makes us so impressed, and we always appreciate him a lot. In addition, all neighbors are extremely nice. Thus, we feel we have real family (building managers, receptionists, crews, and neighbors) in this apartment. If you decide to live here, you will enjoy your life and have a lot of fun!

I lived here for over two years before I had to moved out of state. It has been the most fantastic experience I’ve ever had in a rental property. Beth was super helpful and offered me an awesome rate when I first moved in and also when I wanted to renew my lease. Unfortunately I had to get out of the lease because I was moving out of state. She was able to find someone who would like to take over the apartment in a month and saved me tons of money. Robert is a very responsible property manager. All repair requests were addressed quickly. Also I’ve seen quite a few times that he would come in himself to help when the concierge called in sick. All the supers, concierges are so friendly and helpful. And I’ve made so many friends there. I actually feel so sad moving out.
