Moved in recently, and so far so good. The experiences have been good can there be improvements in the building, sure. Before we get to that, let me give a shout out to Genuice*, Daniella (front desk/concierge) and Trey (leasing office). Fantastic individuals who have addressed my needs since move in, and even after asked if there was anything they could do for me. True sense of care and makes the living experience better. They been polite and professional and these three individuals need to be recognized for their efforts and professionalism. Thank you and continue the good work!!
As for improvements, the first floor elevator and the elevators themselves need cooling. No free coffee for residents (apparently there was before covid… but now? Still no coffee?) other buildings have this I’m sure Hanover River Oaks can figure this out. Hallways could use some scents and elevators as well.
So far good building to live in, coming from a doctor. If you’re looking for a home, considering this as a potential home.

The building is incredible. Feels like a 5-star hotel. Its location is great because there are great restaurants around it. The pool and ammenities are incredible, they have an outdoor gym, and a golf simulator. I will definitely return.

My fiancé and I were interested in a one bedroom here, so we went on a tour.
Regina gave us the tour and she was friendly, accommodating, and her knowledge on the apartments was extensive and insightful. She gave us a very in depth and thorough tour and honestly made us feel at home already. She also made the effort to really get to know us, what we were looking for in a home and show us everything we were looking for and more.
Highly recommend these apartments not only for the awesome service but the spaces and the views from it are gorgeous and the appliances are up to date. The amenities are also so accommodating of pets as well which was really important to us! I’m positive that regardless of who you are, you’ll find what you’re looking for at Hanover.

As soon as I walked in, I was given a warm welcome by the front desk. Regina was able to give me a tour even though I didn’t set up an appointment beforehand. She was very professional, informative, and welcoming. This place is definitely worth a look!
Update: I’ve loved here for around 2 months now, I can say that, although the building has its issues, the staff have been very helpful in addressing my concerns. I notice some folks that stay here aren’t very friendly to the staff, quite unfortunate since they’re pretty vigilant about resolving issues…
