This is my third time renting with The Wood Companies, and Hubbard Park Place has been the best building yet. The staff, amenities and high-end fixtures are unmatched anywhere else in the Columbus rental market. I cannot recommend them enough!

I’ve been living here for 5 years and honestly, it’s been fantastic. My house is my sanctuary—spacious, modern, thoughtfully designed, and just right in the middle of everything that one would want to be near. Collette and Kathie, the building managers, are always on the ball; approachable and genuinely care about our community. The maintenance team, shoutout to Brian and his colleague (apologies for blanking on your name!), are top-notch; they’re quick to respond and always with a smile. The amenities are a huge bonus—rooftop pool, gym, steam room, you name it. You do pay extra for garage parking, but for the convenience in the winter, it’s worth it. It’s more than just an apartment, it’s home and community. Now let me buy the damn thing! I’ll be here for many more years!
