The building is very nice, well kept, and clean. The onsite manager is always responsive to any issues we may have. I would recommend this building to friends and families.

Thankful for the staff at the Q properties and 6800, with the help of Gretel who was nothing short of amazing, we were able to get me approved and lock in a move in date all in a matter of a few days and it was all Gretel who took the time to help me across the board from showing me the properties to walking me through the entire process from A-Z and being accessible the entire time. She was professional, knowledgeable, punctual and more which all made me feel very comfortable in choosing my new home. Thank you all for making a great experience. I would highly recommend Gretel to anyone looking for a new place to live.
