We’ve lived at Rediviva at the Waterfront since 2020, and it’s been a great experience. The building is well-kept and modern, and the location and views are hard to beat! The manager, Diana, goes above and beyond in planning fun community events, keeping us informed on what’s happening in the neighborhood, and quickly taking care of any issues that arise. Rediviva offers a wonderful community in a beautiful spot, and we’re very happy to call it our home.

I have had the pleasure of living in this great place for a year. Sadly, I am moving next month because I am in need of a bigger space. The building is always clean and well maintained. Our manager Diana has always been a friendly, helpful and welcoming presence here at Rediviva. I will miss her for sure. This is a great place to live.
My wife and I lived here for one year and can’t say enough good things about the property and staff. Apartment itself was ideal with nice amenities and space. Communal areas were always clean and well maintained. Rooftop is amazing and the grill is a huge plus. Diana was always on top of letting residents know of cleanings, townhalls, meet and greets, etc. Any issues requiring maintenance were handled in a timely manner. Located right in the heart of the waterfront with easy walks to the farmers market and other downtown areas. We only left for a career move in a different city.
This is an amazing apartment complex. Obvious perks include the convenient location, the views, and the beautifully constructed building. Less obvious perks are swiftly realized once you move in, such as the amazing management staff, prompt responses to maintenance requests, the low key vibe in the complex as a whole, and how friendly your neighbors are. Even during a pandemic, where everyone is masked and socially distanced, this complex feels like a community. We are definitely enjoying our time here!
We have lived at Rediviva at the Waterfront for three months and we are very happy. Not only are we in a nice neighborhood, but the apartment is great.
Rediviva at the Waterfront isn't like the buildings with hundreds of apartments off dark hallways, and a lobby that feels like a hotel. Rediviva is homey.
The apartment was spotless when we moved in. There are plenty of windows to let in sunshine. The appliances and fixtures are top of the line. There is comfortable furniture if you want to hang out on the rooftop. And there is a 24-hour access work-out room.
But I think what makes this place "home" for us is how we have been treated.
Diana Rider, our Community Manager, is on-site five days a week and she takes great care of us. She made it easy for us to move in. She helps us with maintenance issues, although there have only been a couple of minor ones. Diana even hosts monthly get-togethers for the residents! Diana makes Rediviva at the Waterfront feel like home.

Amazing property! Roof views are gorgeous. Quiet and low key vibe. Easy access to I-5 & WA-14. Within walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops, coffee houses and a weekly, seasonal farmer's market.
Apartment is spacious, has great fixtures / appliances and utilizes space very well. The building is small with only 63 units and has great amenities (Rooftop common area, gym, package hub, attached / secure parking garage, onsite storage units & bicycle storage).
The staff is great! Communication and professionalism are both absolutely excellent and a very welcome change from past experiences with other building management teams. The staff was a vital part of our decision in choosing Rediviva as opposed to a different location.

For the past 2 years I’ve enjoyed living at the Rediviva at the Waterfront. I consider it a happy place surrounded with beauty. Diana, our manager, is very attentive to the residents, always professional, hosts monthly gatherings, offers community updates, and treats our canine friends, as well. Rediviva is a great place to live!
I’ve lived in Rediviva since the opening. We had some issues with management the first couple of years, but ever since Diana has been at our property things have been wonderful. She creates community events for us , is attentive and listens to our concerns and most of all has a pleasant personality and always has a smile on her face.
