The property managers are always positive and helpful. Any repairs are taken care of quickly. And the place is conveniently located, near the bus, 7/11, Fred Meyer, as well as the world-famous downtown St. Johns!

My wife and I have lived at the melrose apartments for about a year and a half and have had an absolutely awesome experience with the location, conditions of living, and management interactions. When we first moved in they had actually let us move in before they had finished all the renovations because we had some time restrictions, but still communicated very effectively to arrange a time that was most convenient for us to have everything finished. We've also had very quick service when we had anything that needed to be fixed or replaced, even when we had an emergency at almost midnight; they were there within 20 minutes. And the property manager has been very kind and accommodating during this pre-holiday season with bringing in packages when I request and even when I don't, just so it's not sitting outside. It is a really great location near a school, Fred Meyer, food carts, several parks, and historic St.John's. Absolutely happy with The Melrose and worth every dollar. -Tyler Wingart
