Moved into Avalon Red Rocks in February. I’ve had such a great experience living here. Easy application process. Nichelle and Eddie at the leasing office have been very helpful. Minor concerns were addressed accordingly. I love my cozy 1 bed 1 bath apartment. Great location. Maintenance team is very friendly and prompt! Amenities are awesome. Secure Amazon packages. Most importantly it feels very safe for me. I’ve moved every year for the past 3 years and can final see myself staying at Avalon for a while!

Have lived here for code to two years and love it. Staff is always friendly and have fun family friend community events. Property is kept clean and the location is very accessible for outside activities. The views are also a plus
