I’ll just have to brag on the maintenance man, Mr. Biggs at this apartment complex! This is actually my first apartment. I’ve always had houses and my air wasn’t working. They had to buy a whole new unit. Actually, my apartment was down for a while so if you things needed to be fixed understandably, so it got pretty hot the last 30 days in my house that I just want to say how accommodating the new management at this apartment cons Plex has been. Mr. Biggs was so nice to put me in a window air conditioner and not just any Air conditioner, but the new and improved state of the art ones that sit on the floor. It was spent ice cubes about three hours later while they waited on my unit to come in. mr. Biggs did everything. He said he was gonna do in a timely manner. He kept me updated and posted up until the moment of him putting the unit in. Needless to say I could not run the air last night. It was so cold in my house this morning I’m not complaining I’m super grateful thank you Crossing At Madison referring to the new management as far as I know, and Mr. Biggs. For spending the day not taking a lunch to make sure my family and I were cool for the Summer much appreciate it! E-163🙌
