They are nice, gorgeous wood floors. Bookshelves, bar between kitchen and living area. Stove is fancy, nice bathroom. Very quiet and secured entrance. Right now the air isn't working correctly though, maintenance man says it's fine but it feels like you got 1 window a/c for the whole house. Besides that the downside is these wood roaches that's small and can fly that's outside. It's also their great grandma's. Although, I don't stay here, my mom does and she loves it, might I add. If you want an apartment and cool with the east side of Houston you may love to call this home, also! I, personally thinks it's a little much to pay for a one bedroom, I've stayed in a 2 bedroom for cheaper. I just think they're overselling it price wise granted it is nice but not that nice. But fortunately, to each is own!

I've lived at Riverwalk for over 5 years. It's pleasant, secure, safe, and very well-maintained. The neighbors in our community here are respectful, quiet, and friendly. There are working families, some with well-behaved children, working singles, and a few older folks. The buildings and grounds are beautifully maintained by Julio and his father, and the property manager and leasing agent are wonderful to work with. They are friendly, courteous, and very professional, any matters brought to their attention are dealt with timely and quickly, and I commend the owners for maintaining a great staff. Given the choice of living in a house or living here, I choose to live here because of the security, peace and quiet, great maintenance, and lovely environment.
